When a donation can be cancelled or refunded, and how to request it.
Donations made through https://nex.myiskcon.org are voluntary charitable contributions intended to support the spiritual, educational, cultural, and charitable activities of ISKCON Noida Expressway.
As donations are generally utilised promptly for approved purposes, requests for cancellation after successful processing are ordinarily not accepted.
Refund requests may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, including duplicate payments, multiple deductions for the same transaction, technical processing errors, or incorrect donation amounts due to system malfunction.
All refund requests must include the transaction ID, payment date, donation amount, registered email address, and contact number. After verification, approved refunds will normally be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to banking timelines.
If a payment is deducted but no confirmation is received, donors should wait up to 24 hours before contacting the Temple for verification.
